is seeding as bad(illegal) as uploading new movies?
also why on private trackers the uploading is so slow and your ratio goes up so slow although the download is very fast?

it's because everybody else is seeding as well so that they can maintain a mandatory ratio. Downloading is very distributed, so you connect to everyone at once and download fast. But when you're seeding you're only a tiny portion of the swarm

better to seed files with low seeders then than files with more than 50 seeds?
Because your download speed is larger than your upload speed on your broadband plan. Also remember that your broadband speed is measured in megabits as opposed to megabytes. So if your only getting 500kbps upload, multiply that number by 8 and it should be similar to what your broadband package is
