Honestly I'm torn between Chrome and Safari. On the one hand Chrome has great add-ons and supports webm.
On the other Safari has Reader View/Reading List and natively supports AirPlay.
I'll likely switch back to Safari once it supports webm.

Vivaldi is a highly insecure project. First it is always behind Chromium/Chrome in version, and Google can pull every time the plug so that Vivaldi is not possible anymore.
They are creating their UI with a bundled app. Google has started to simplify the app system already with first now removing the app launcher. More simplifications will come up for sure soon.
Remember when Google enforced the single purpose mechanism on add-ons? If they simplify the app system, Vivaldi will be not possible anymore.
So, using Vivaldi is twice insecure and will lead you nowhere very soon.

Vivaldi will be like Firefox without XUL and Full themes... Not customizable, same stupid like the origin browser used in background (Chromium).
So, Centbrowser, or Yandex Browser or even Brave or real Opera are more secure alternatives which Google can not screw up that easily.
If you like alternative design/ricing then these are your only Chromium alternatives. Or you wait until Otter Browser matures and gets QTWebengine (also Chromium).
But do yourself a favor and get rid of Vivaldi. Do not even think about using it. It is the same of a dead man walking project like Firefox with Australis ;)
