what do you think is the best cooling solution for 24/7 100% usage AMD FX 8320, either heatsink or a Hydro cooler thing?

The one color in your picture is the "PURE ROCK" which is only rated up to 150W TDP.
You have to get the "DARK ROCK PRO 3" if you want to cool an AMD CPU.
