Nope, they just removed support for lts because it took to much time and people where taking it, modifying it and NOT distributing the changes, even though they should (because of license). So they got pissed and basically said: we will but more effort into this (and thus support lts again) when people pay us for it. Stable/Mainline still got grsec, and it's still opensource.
