Got a t4 myself (cooling a 1231v3) it's performs well and is silent even under load.
Raijintek aidos, better than anything at its price.

i mean, it's not bad as a replacement for stock cooler and it will be quieter anyway, but can't you throw some more and buy anything with 120mm fans? quieter, more efficient, less rpm means more acceptable noise pitch.
