I want to upgrade my current system, but I don't know if I can justify the price.

Current setup:
4670k - doesn't overclock at all
Z87 plus
8gb of memory
Samsung 840 pro
Gtx970 (keeping)

Upgrade:
6700k
Z170 Sabertooth
16gb of memory
Samsung 950 pro

Is it worth 2 weeks pay?

You wont see any performance increase. Youll have burned 1k. Youll still be a virgin. So no.
