I need some help, /g/.
Someone has got into my jewgle account for the third time (different country each time, could just be a VPN), and for the third time I've had to change my password. How do I keep my account secure and tell the person/people doing this to fuck off?

stop browsing porn while logged in on chrome

I use Firefox. Mind giving any tips to keep my account secure? Make a new account? Ditch the botnet altogether?
>>53637424
* Don't access your account(s) from a computer with any spyware or keyloggers.
* Use a truly random password. I mean truly fucking random, not what you think is random.
* Use random answers for the questions that let you reset an account. Also use 2 step verification.
* Be careful what what password manager you use (if any).

enable two factor auth you fucking mong

Here is how to be secure;
Delete your current gmail account, before doing so be sure to change your password to a secure one, Remove any recovery methods, then change your login email to your new provider after you have signed up.
>secure providers
Openmailbox
Tutanota
Protonamil
Pick one of the three.
There is a possibility of your windows installation being infected with malware. I highly advise installing a Linux Distro such as Debian Jessie, Arch Linux, Manjaro, Bunsenlabs, Or crunchbang++.
Or, you know, Install windows again.
Do not use family computer's unless using a livecd, Tails is good for this.
Good Luck op. Windows is probably the problem.
Sounds like a rat desu senpai

2 step verification, a good password manager that can generate strong passwords.
Personally I use 1password, but there are other options out there that are free.
use password hasher, you can use that on firefox or chrome to "hash" your password, google "hash password" if you don't know what that means.
you could use a simple plaintext password in password hasher since it's going randomize it anyway, but i'd take that a step further and find a password generator to create a hashed master password and use that instead
find a pw manager so you won't forget the hashed master password
done.

So, examples of good and safe password managers..?
>>53638674
KeePassX
Given your description, I think it's malware. Install Linux and learn how to use a package manager and you'll be fine.
>>53637424
If your OS is compromised, doing anything is useless. Reinstall it, verify first the iso then use KeePass.

Pen and paper.
Ignore any digital cloud storage "password manager" shills.

I mostly use it for games, but if my Windows install has a rat/malware, I'll download MBAM.
I like to explore Tor on my Linux install, though I've gone through settings and about:config to keep it as secure as possible. Is TAILS a necessity if I'm just exploring?

I highly recommend crunchbang OP

I use the exact same password for every account i have made over the last ten years.
