As we already know, Mark Zuckerberg got hired by Google to work on Google+.
How exactly do you think he's going to expand the platform? Most of his side projects have failed to deliver meaningful content (canv.ass), and despite the creation of this site, he hasn't actually contributed much to its overall success other than staying out of its way, bearing the brunt of legal issues and generally just keeping it alive.
Google+ is more of an "internet's Facebook", where users care less about the socialization aspect, especially locally, and more about internet memes and topics. Is there even potential there that the likes of 4chan and Reddit don't already offer? What can he actually do with his experience to revitalize the platform?
He's going to make Google+ a lewd, bad, crazy place just like 4chan used to be and then everybody is going to want to go there. Reddit will leave 4chan, it will become better again, and moot will come back. That's when we'll realize that we all died back in 2005 and that nothing matters anymore.
