What is the legality of unauthorized access to somebodies laptop / phone?
Example - If I used software to bypass the login screen on my girlfriends laptop, and then installed a keylogger and also accessed her Facebook account via her web browser, and she really wanted to attempt to press charges
How fucked could I potentially be?
