So apparently there's a backdoor in the Windows 10 fonts. No confirmation yet, so take it with a grain of salt.
Sure glad I switched completely to GNU/Linux.
As if we didn't know Windows had a backdoor.

is this the same guy who found that windows was sending screenshots of you installing software after he used the amazing 'rsa decryptor' program?
Ah the age of clickbait, let's make fun out of this thread by coming up with fun click baits. Nowadays you can have lorem ipsum in the article text and have a really good question as the title so you can claim it's an opinion if anything goes wrong.
>Is this post shit? Read till the end to find out!
>DOES WINDOWS COME WITH A MASSIVE, SUICIDAL VIRUS THAT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING?
>It appears not
>Will I be able to finish writing this article as somebody has let a live tiger loose in our office? Click to find out

>backdoor
There's no back wall. There's no back of the house.
>Windows still runs GUI elements in kernel mode

>>DOES WINDOWS COME WITH A MASSIVE, SUICIDAL BOTNET THAT WILL SPY ON EVERYTHING
It appears yes

Windows 10 doesn't have a backdoor.
It just has a massive hole in the wall.

Most retards to will yell NOTHING TO HIDE, NOTHING TO FEAR which in itself is onw of the most backwards arguments ever.

for increased responsiveness
Not even shocked by this. Iv always suspected microsoft of backdooring windows. I never for a second thought "gee windows is a great company I really trust them" since I was a kid screwing with win 3.1 and 95 etc we always thought widows was garbage and probably backdoored.
Who fucking cares. Just use linux for private at home stuff. Windows at the office (unless you cam get away with linix in the office) and some games that won't work with linux.

This is probably the best solution.
A windows pc for photoshop/video editing/games, and a linux pc for everything else.
Or, if you don't play windows-only games and don't need windows for much else, you can get by just fine with a linux pc and a windows virtual machine.
>window
Why even put a backdoor when you have a window that's wide open?

Good.
There *are* an awful lot of exploits targeting the font renderer(which is in the kernel btw).
