I use a Korg tuner.
Boss TU-3, the best fucking tuner ever. Durable as fuck
On my computer I use GTune, which is a .vst plugin
>not generating an A4 440Hz tone sound file and playing it back while tuning by ear
>using bloat

Get yourself one of these OP they are great.

>help how do i into resonance

Then how do you know when it's right?
My Korg Pitchblack served me well until it was stolen. Awesome tuner at the right price.
Currently I process everything through a Line6 M13 though, so I just use the built in tuner. It's okay.

Polyclip Tuner is a qt. I had my doubts about the clip on tuners but I'm very impressed.
works fine for me.
