Any email related call with an old person...they always without fail do not know they're own password and use the email address provided by their ISP.

Also old people who get iPads as gifts because face time is apparently easier than actually visiting the elderly.

Almost never. Shitload of people accused me of reading from a script or lying to them though...and we don't really do either.

I did have someone call asking about a fucking gen 3 iMac she got at a flea market for 30 bucks. She actually expected tech support for it and called me an asshole for not being any help.

I'll tell ya this...if you want to fuck with the apple store take a screenshot and set it to full-size...then invert the screen colors...do this to a few laptops and the entire fucking store will grind to a goddamned halt.

And no they almost never figure out why clicking on the 'desktop' isn't working. Us applecare people would occasionally make field trips to the mall just to screw with them for awhile. They are the short bus employees.
