I've been using arch for a while now, but I don't like the breakage and being part of the obnoxios comunity. What should I use instead. Also, I need a package manager because my pentium can't compile for shit.

sid isn't the most bleeding edge, there is experimental repos that are for that kind of thing, but it's almost comparable to arch except pacman doesn't go around breaking all your shit and it's better imo. it's pretty reliable but to get sid you need to change your repos from jessie
