Don't get a 8350 get an 8320 and a decent air cooler. Also don't get a 370 go second hand on like ebay and purchase a 380X

I've got a 290x and a 8350, and I have issues in Elite Dangerous, because AMD won't update their drivers, haven't tried in a while though, Arma 3, which everyone has shit frames in, but it's worse for AMD, and Squad.

And all in all, I do believe Nvidia and Intel do better in benchmarks, but that might change with AMDs new GPU series. The upside to AMD is their prices though.
Is nobody picking up on the fact that OP is trying to use an AM3+ processor with an FM2+ socket motherboard.

FM2 / FM2+ / AM3+ Are all socket types.
Installing an AM3 CPU into an FM2 socket will not work. You will ruin the board or CPU or both.
If you need easy checks to see if things work, check logical increments or pcpart picker

I already told you don't get the 370 get a used 380. Get an 8320 instead of a 8350. Use the money you just saved to get a decent air cooler like a Hyper 212 then get a decent 990FX mobo
