Will the iPhone 5SE be worth it? iPhone 6s power in a 5S body is amazing, for $400.
I might just get one to use as an iPod.

It's a good price for the internals, but it's got a middling screen and a mediocre design (dem bezels etc). Also a tepid camera - it's 2016 and it doesn't have OIS. And the storage is arse at 16GB for the base model.
The price in the UK however is wank at £359 (~$520 US), especially for the storage.

Apple only sells it in 2 configurations, 16GB and 64GB for $100 more, don't ask me why
16GB is just too cramped these days
if youre looking for a small phone then go for it. it looks like a great phone. the $399 is a great price point.
at $499, the z5 compact is definitely a nice alternative though.
the z5c has only 32 gb of internal memory, but it also has an sd card slot available. its also a bit bigger at 4.7" though, thicker as well compared to the smaller se.
so its up to you what you want.
if u want a cheap latest and greatest, get iphone se 16gb for $399
if u want a little more space then at $499 u can choose between x5c and se 64gb.
