Qt Creator and Clion are probably your best bets regarding C IDEs
Geany, Sublime, Vim or Emacs are also good options if you don't mind hunting for plugins

QtCreator
I don't know about CLion, it used to be buggy garbage during public beta, and last time I've downloaded CLion, it had no external terminal emulator support and couldn't run ncurses programs because of that, so I've deleted it.

Codeblocks for both, but if you use windows just download Vistual studio enterprise installed from microsoft - use full trail until it expires and then just open kat.cd search for latest enterprise torrent - go to comment section and copy paste a working serial from there.
Done - utilizing full features of the best ide on windows.
Sure don't do this at work, do it at home for personal work.

If you're asking this question here, you probably won't be sticking around long. Do yourself a favor and use a browser based compiler.

It's not none because you can actually use it for C
In Windows Dev C++ Orwell fork
In GNU/Linax just use vim plus gcc/clang
Back in the day, CodeBlocks was the best for all platforms; then it disappeared like a nigger's dad for reasons unknown.
Nowadays it's either VS2015 for Windows or CodeLite (CodeBlocks' son) for Linux.

I'm here since 2k11
I want to change from CodeBlocks because it sucks cock
>>53608195
I wonder what really happened with CodeBlocks, it was really a step up from DevC++
