I give up. I've tried everything I could possibly do to get windows 7 on this win10 computer and it hasnt worked out. Are there any ways to help me deal with win 10?

Are you running a Skylake CPU/Mobo, and are trying to install via USB? If so, you have to patch the ISO to make it properly work. Your MOBO manufacturer should have a patching program available.
