I don't want any of those features. I don't want a "better" interface or an update to what other sites look like. I've don't want 4chan to ever be "Web 2.0." The site is functionally perfect as it is without useless bloat tacked on. The transition to the current HTML5 site was perfectly done: update the site to modern standards but change virtually nothing about how it looks or operates. I expect this to hold us for at least another decade.
