>even the icons are "fire"

Get an aftermarket cooler for you CPU, if you already have one, then you got the wrong one. Set up better fan curves in BIOS/UEFI/Whatever it's called now.

If it's a laptop (only 2 cores, likely) then you shouldn't have bought "gaming" laptop with nvidia housefire

Why are the temps in celcius and not F
>>
>>53593872
cause its more convenient. its easy to say that for computers 0 is cold and 100 is unacceptable.
>>
Clean thosr fans, fgt
>>
>>53593674
Do you have a 290x? Those cards are literally designed to run at 95C.
>>
Use windows it freezes all the time

>In the nature water freezes at 0 degrees celsius
>In the nature water boils at 100 degrees celsius
>TFW it fits so perfectly into the metric system that also uses 10's, 100's and 1000's for everything
>>
>>53594660
Well it's certainly not perfect or absolute zero wouldn't be -273.15 degrees celsius
>>
>>53594728
Fits perfectly into metric system, besides no one want to measure shit in kelvin

Very scientific and quantifiable.
>>
>>53594728
That detail couldn't be fixed by changing the numbers to other round numbers, as long as it's following the qualities of water. It's just how nature works. Water is life, better just use that as a reference to get maximum coverage around the planet.
>>
completely submerge it in a non-corrosive, non-conductive oil in a thick-glass fish tank.

As long as you don't do what linus did and carelessly throw it in a u-haul and go off an off road rally race you should be fine.
>>
>>53594805
If speccy/cpu-z wasnt such a dipshit piece of fuck and your apu was actually at that temp you better believe your computer would be turning off to protect itself from itself.
>>
>>53595443
Which program do you suggest for accurate temp checking?
>>
>>53593674
Open your window.

Yes, including your case window.
>>
>>53595497
$ sudo pacman -S lm_sensors
$ sudo pacman -S inxi
$ inxi -Fz
>>
>>53595497
Open Hardware Monitor watch it go down by like 50+ degrees.
>>
>>53595743

He's using windows you fedora tipping shill.

If you open up your pc computer you will find a fan sitting on top of your cpu, believe it or not but a lot of these fans are poorly fitted and the cpu would perform a lot better without it. Remove your cpu fan and boot up your OS for 10 minutes of use, you should soon see a huge reduction in heat output, problem fixed. I deal with this problem everyday.
>>
>>53595845
remove the heatsink two, sometimes the aluminum will loose it's thermal conductivity over time it's best to roll without at this point, you temps will be dramatically reduced if you do this. Just save up for a better heatsink in the mean time. I had to remove mine and it's been running ok, not great but much better then when I had that old one on there.

Do it OP, your personal tech support forces are highly dedicated for their job. If the problem continues just open another ticket, or "thread" as we call them here.
>>
>>53594660
It's almost like it was designed so that way

oh wait... it was

>>53595497
AIDA64, you will never need another monitoring program again.
