You can look up default logins for most routers online. See if you can find some on google or whatever. If you already set a password but forgot it, there's usually a factory reset button on the device that you need to press for a few seconds.

Reflash the firmware via tftp or rs232. There is a section in the documentation for tftp.for rs232 there is a tutorial on the openwrt wiki. Just use the original firmware
