Takes a fuckload of space for no reason. There's no reason to show the exit code if there hasn't been an error, no reason to show the name of the user when it's the default one, no reason to show the hostname when you're not logged into ssh, no reason to show the date, showing the time the last program ended is useless but i'll accept different opinions.
As a whole, there's no reason to waste three lines of screen estate on displaying information you do not care about 90% of the time and could get by using a command when you actually need it.

The more space you have, the less you have to scroll back in order to find the info you're looking for. If you happen to use a regex for finding shit in your terminal and it happens to Match your PS1 it'll be fucking annoying. There are plenty of reasons to not have such a shitty PS1.
