Why does /g/ hate C++?
>>53538857
Because it's worse than <favorite language>
OOP is bad is a meme. Only retards believe in it.

everyone should agree
but no one cares :/

What does programming have to do with a job?
You a wagecuck?

I want a D in my ass.
Why does /c/ hat G++?

You can program the procedurally in C++ if you want to.

me being a grammar nazi, it's hate*

So much bullshit and out-dated stuff. If you really believe that, you don't know shit about C++.
>>53538857
Most of /g/ doesn't program and just obsessively browses the suckless site over and over again.

>Most of /g/ doesn't program
you're literally telling the truth now
>>53538857
It's a bloated shitty extension to C that solves none of its problems and introduces a few billion more.
every time i look at C++ code i just want to vomit
it just looks so needlessly complex

I don't know if it's just that our project is big, but whenever I see devs hunting down some method through dozen files it just makes my head hurt
>>53538857
Because it thinks it's so much better than C that it named it self with two "+" instead of just one. And /g/ hates pretentiousness.
Fuck C+"+"!
The fact that there's a programming language within the programming language is pretty silly. I think it's become a little needlessly complex over the years. Other languages are better designed and unless you really, really need C++ for a specific purpose, or you're working on something that already uses it, it's kind of pointless.
>>53538857
Because people want to abstract as far as possible from what a computer does and so when confronted with low-level things pointers and manual memory access they shit themselves
>>53538857
too many changes without dropping anything. since is born as an evolution of another language it lack clearness by design.
