My pc sometimes crashes if i leave it in hibernate mode or if i play some csgo (very rare though) like this. Any idea?

might be that you don't have a big enough power supply (I felt weary of having a i7 2600k and a 970 with a 550w power supply) or the graphics card might be starting to fail. I would lean more towards the former rather than the ladder though.

also being 20w shy of what the maximum of your power supply is isn't necessarily the best thing to do. As a rule of thumb you always want about at least 50w of buffer room.

windows7, i know my psu is a bit low, but i used to have a gtx570 with no problems and it consumes more than the r9 380 and as i said, it happens mostly when i let the pc hibernate and i wake it up from it. weird.

Try a new PSU. If it doesnt fix the problem then at least you'll already have that whenever you decide to upgrade.
Try a fresh install of 7. Backup what you need to an external hdd and start fresh.
If that still happens, it could be a lot of things. CPU could be on its last legs, your ram could be fucked, really it can be everything.
Just do process of elimination with this. It's shitty but theres not enough info to really give an exact answer.

I have a FX-8320 and 270X, I've never seen it pull over 300w from the wall (actual power output from the PSU would be much less), I doubt OPs rig can pull much more.
Even if the peak draw was more than the supplys rating, why would it draw it in hibernate? Use your brains people.

Hey OP I had this problem with my GTX960, Do a full Graphics driver uninstall SHUTDOWN restart on the default windows drivers then SHUTDOWN Restart and install new drivers. If that does not work then It's a power issue. But it looks like a driver issue also are you using a SSD?

That shit has to do something with the power supply, it happened to me once on my old hardware long time ago, during the strongest recorded solar explosion.. I found that odd.
Except it also made fucked up sounds and it was more red than gray.
