Find the portable, updated versions of the softwares this guy recommands.
Put them in folders like 1 2 3 4.

Pun all that shit on a pen-drive, restart - go into safe boot - run 1 2 3 4, restart to normal once it cleaned everything.

Remember to update the pen-drive once / month or check if new software got released. ( for example some of them need database updates ).

Have that pen-drive in case of emergency, borrow it to friends etc.. profit.

Sure it would all be faster to re-install os from my point of view.
