You should go for 576p rips. They're right around 2GB for a decent encode, sometimes more, sometimes less. x264.me is known for good 576p rips and you can probably get in there from WCD PU, or you can wait until PTP is available for PU, they have a decent selection of 576p. Trackers like AHD, the minimum they'll consider HD is 720p, which comes with a relative increase in file size (5-10GB for a decent rip). Last I checked AHD was also accessible from WCD PU.
