>not attaching your fans with rubber bands and toothpicks
do you even MacGyver
>>53526784
>being this poor
get those extra-long tooth picks
you'll only need two then
Because I prefer my machine to not look like a ghetto piece of shit
>>53526784
Not cutting in half your toothpicks and paint them black so they are less noticeable
>>53526784
I have these things called screws.
I used them to mount this 3.5" drive onto an expansion bay cover and into the expansion bay slot in this case because the case only had one internal 3.5" bay which I hadn't checked before purchasing.

Well played OP.
Wow that's actually really resourceful. Are you an engineer OP?
>>53527026
>implying I can afford scissors to cut them with
i did find a sharpie though, what do you think?
>bread tie master race
Loop a zip tie through the band and cut the excess.
>>53527329
I was going to use these zip ties but I was worried about vibration
rubber band dampens sound, right?
>>53526784
Use Velcro. Also, damps vibrations.
>>53526784
Your fan and case come with screws. Why.
>>53527451
You would have been better off just putting the rubber bands between the fans and the case and screwing it in.
>>53527527
actually, neither of them came with screws
>>53527873
What kind of case comes with no screws.
>>53526800
That's a good idea actually
>>53528626
Until the rubber bands break and the fan slips off, swings across the cabling and shorts something out. Then maybe not so much.
