The four ports are DC in, 5V/1A USB, 5V/2.1A USB, DC out with variable voltage output for different devices (can set to between 9V and 20V)
It includes 11 different connectors for the DC out for various types of laptops and other shit, or you can get a specific one off eBay for your device. In my case I bought a cable that had the circular connector on one end and the Surface charger connector on the other off eBay because it didn't come with the power bank.
Like $200 USD because it was one of the only ones that shipped to Australia on Amazon. You can probably find better/cheaper if shipping to US. In fact I think wherever I started looking for this type of charger had recommended a different one that seemed better but only shipped to US.
10/10 satisfaction - can charge phone and SP4 at same time for at least 24 hours of usage no problem (haven't needed to test longer than this).
