No, it's not laggy from what I've tried to do with it.
Runs VNs, Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Firefox just fine, even with plenty of Javascript, a la Google Play Music in browser.
I was able to run The Longest Journey on it just fine, going to finally finish that game.
Dual boots to Android if there are convenient mobile apps for what you want to do. For example, I boot to Android for Clover.
At the end of the day, it's a cheap tablet that does what it says it does very well, but it's still a tablet, so I wouldn't recommend it for anything outside of consumption of media.

Used to buy a few of those netbooks back when they were a thing, there wasn't much satisfaction due to the fact that even with web browsing it was kind of a pain. Except with a linux distro of course. Videos were even more of a problem with that fucking GMA500.

Looks like they vary the design per year. 2016 looks like monkeys, 2015 I suppose was sharks. The oldest images look like sprinkles or some shit.
As far as I know, the shark cards don't actually exist, which is fucking disappointing.
I might order some and then file a dispute to try to get my money back if they don't send me a shark design.

Considering you can buy microSD cards for around that same price just about anywhere, the only real defining feature about these is the sharks; which is in the title, description, and images. You could easily justify saying you purchased these in particular solely for the shark design opposed to other brands.
If it doesn't have that, then you've been fucked over, so I think you could easily make the argument for getting back your money.
