I've got a chance to buy a leased HP 8470p, which has:

>14,1 inch screen (1600 x 900)
>16GB RAM
>Intel HD 4000 2GB
>256GB SSD

How much is it worth?
There is going to be an open live auction for one of those tomorrow in one of the computer shops I know and I wouldn't want to pay too much. I saw similar devices go for about 600$.

I have 8gb of RAM, how much should I set initial and maximum size of virtual memory, 8000 and 16000? It's set at this values but max used is 11000 (in Afterburner)

What? The ports on the motherboard and the cables should determine what sata speed they are running at. Other hard drives don't magically effect the speed of other hard drives.

Not that hdds can take advantage of sata III speeds anyways since they all end up running around 100-150 mbs. As opposed to 500-600mbs ssds
