What video editing software do you use /g/?
I need to make one of those lame action cam videos from my vacation, normally I use Sony Vegas for video edits, however it seems that they dont have GPU acceleration for r9 390 as it's "too new".
I used Magix before and it seemed good enough, any other alternatives?
Since you're pirating Vegas just go with premiere, it's not that easy to use but last versions have HW acceleration with openCL, it's not as good as cuda but better than nothing and with a 390 it should fly.
How is Shotcut?

I use lightworks for no reason really. Someone will probably come along and explain why it sucks.
I use Vegas, Premiere & After Effects, depends on the shit I'm editing and what I'm trying to achieve.
Edius 6
Downloading Premier currently, I guess for some fancy editing effects I should run the video throught After Effects when I am done with the main part.
Is there any real benefit of importing the project from Premier to After Effects (guessing it can be done) or should I just import the Premier encoded video?
DaVinci Resolve.
Vegas because it just werks
By the way, does rendering with CUDA actually do anything? I get basically the same speeds

That's the issue, I have OpenCL enabled as well, however the GPU doesn't do any processing at all, works with my old HD5770 though.

Looks good.
Premiere Elements, very easy, very cheap, werks great.
Vegas Movie Studio 13, got it for pretty cheap during a steam sale
what kind of videos do you edit? is that a picture stabilization and something like that or just croping?
are there any uses for someone that records it with smartphone?

Vegas pro 12 is good if you have a poorfag computer.
It is the de facto video editor for /pol/ at least.
Blender
I use Camtasia Studio 8 am i the only one?
i use videopad for my shitty videos, it's dead simple
don't know anything about acceleration
