Ever since I bought my rMBP I think I have used my desktop to play dota maybe 2 games. What do you guys even do with your desktops once you become and adult?
I don't even have one anymore, sold it and bought some clothes. Last time I played video games was like 6 years ago before I started uni. rMBP is lyfe.
Currently I have a 2014 13" rMBP. Saving to get a 5K iMac, I edit videos for a living, so yeah...

Ever since I'm not a self-conscious mongoloid, I used my computer for work and writing and played an occasional game with friends a couple nights a week.

Everything you can do on a mac but without being ripped off and having better hardware.

My desktop is a 4790k hackintosh. I do more intensive things on it like Illustrator and VMs.
Turn it into a compile/media/file/"personal cloud" server.

Enjoy your thermal throttling
Just build a hackintosh and get a nice screen. You'll end up paying less and getting more.

Stopped using mine.
Laptop hooked up to a dock does everything. It's also significantly quieter.

Like all my friends' vacation pics on facebook and instagram.
I use it on weekends to play vidya with my friends. Casualish stuff, just Diablo 3 and TF2. There hasn't really been anything new that I want to play.
