What does opengl-hq actually even do? What's the difference between regular opengl or whatever else.

Also, what are good low settings? I have a shitty APU htpc that surprisingly lags with mpv while it works fine with Totem. I've just been using Totem since I didn't care too much to try to fix it, but it would be nice to be able to use mpv.
