Is Defraggler better than windows default defrag?
>>53485790
Way better if you have a SSD.

>defragging

go back to 1993 with your dogshit filesystem
>>53486600
this.
>can install an ext driver on windows
>cant install windows on an ext partition
Why is Windows so shit?
>>53486600
>defrag
>ssd
im easily baited
>>53485790
NT6+ only allows defraggers to do defrag with a system API, which makes them no different from the default software.
>>53486687
It doesn't defrag it but it does "optimize" it, like every other defragging utility, including the Windows one.
>>53485790
Do both, silly.
The second one will say "nothing to defrag" after analysis, meaning they are equally good in terms of "defragging power".
Only other things are speed (also easily testable - again, do both) and how it displays the progress (matter of personal taste).
If "defragging power" is the only answer you seek - now you know.
>>53486705
"optimize" how then
>>53485790
>be me
>4 year old PC
>have never turned it off since the day I built it
>shit, should probably de-frag this thing for once
>analyze
>0% Fragmented
how
>>53486960
Windows automatically schedules the disk defragmenter once a week or so.
>>53485790
Literally no reason to use anything but standard windows defraggler since Vista.
>>53486960
>builds PC
>doesn't turn it on 4 years since he built it
