Hey guys, I have burned a windows 7 ISO onto a 4.7gb DVD and am trying to boot my computer from this disk. I have done this many times before with no issues except now when I try to boot from the CD drive it just loads windows as normal.
I have tried burning it using 'CDburnerXP' (the program I normally use) and the windows 10 built in burner.
I don't have any bootable flash drives spare so DVD is my only option, any ideas why this could be happening?

>go to bios
>change primary boot device to USB stick
>install winshit.
Please try at least 2 minutes of google before posting questions like this, you lazy fuck.
Also, NEVER use fucking DvDs again. Its a huge waste of money, much slower and totally unnecessary.

Well I don't. I just have 2 64gb that I got for under £5. Also the DVDs I bought are 10 for £2
But when creating the bootable drive before, I used CMD and not Rufus, now when using Rufus when I select my DBAN ISO it recognises it and works but when I select my Windows ISO it gives an error saying 'select a bootable image' so it might be the ISO has corrupted or something... no idea.
I tried troubleshooting the DVDs myself by using different computers, different disks and different burn methods, not really sure what else I could do to locate the issue.

Might be worth downloading a new one to be honest because rufus recognises my dban iso just not this one.

Yeah, I believe you, that 64 is too big. A lot of PCs have trouble with booting from these devices and rufus cant handle it.
But srsly, please for the love of god go to the nearest hardware store and get a 8Gb USB stick. If you got those 64 sticks for 5$ they are utter-shit-tier anyways.

I think rufus might be able to handle this 64gb because it recognises it and recognises my other ISO. So I might just try downloading a different W7 ISO before going and buying one, but I will take your advice and buy some decent smaller sticks for future use.

It needs to be activated, obviously. But I trust the DAZ loader more than some pre activated isos from unknown seeders.
Also the DAZ loader is so easy to use and successful 99% of the time that this decision should be a real no brainer.
