How is it? Is it worth replacing my LG G Stylo and moving from T-Mobile?
>>53439734
No issues here; the coverage is mostly the same as when I had T-Mobile (the networks Fi leases are T-Mobile and Sprint), the price is good and the automatic WiFi VPN is a nice touch.
>>53439849
Explain the wifi vpn pls
Shat is project fi and does it welcome unlocked phones
>>53439849
How is the data payment system?

>welcome unlocked phones
Only the last three Nexus phones.

you forgot moto x pure faggot

its great if you don't use too much data, my current bill is up in four days. As of now I have a bill of $95 for the cycle.
Wish google wouldn't include data from google music streaming and youtube, since I already pay for google music.
Shit, get boost mobile if you're on a budget. They give you 2 gigs of data (then 2g speeds) + unlimited text/call for $30/month. The high speed data can grow to 5gb over time too.
Also boost has the phone ad thing so you can essentially lower your bill to $25 if you agree to view ads on your phone.

It's been amazing so far.
I came from Verizon paying $120 for 4gb.
I'm now paying $75 for 5gb.
The worst part is just the coverage. Sprint and T-Mobile are okay at best where I live.
The best part, Google has THE best customer service I've ever dealt with.
Also, the 6P is the best phone to boot.
>>53442011
THIS OP. You can even add more high speed data for $10/2GB if you need to. Project fi is for hipsters who have money to blow.
Project fi is a meme, get boost instead.
You can get a very similar plan for the same price from T-Mobile and it comes with Music Freedom and Binge On.
I've thought about Fi but I couldn't give up unlimited Pandora.
>>53439849
>WiFi VPN
It's not a VPN at all. They even warn you your connection could be monitored.

>>53442076
>paying for Sprint's trash network and CDMA shit
No, it's too expensive. Get boost mobile like all the anons are saying. Or metropcs. If you use a lot of data get boost's 55$ unlimited plan, you can download as much porn as you want.
>>53442152
I really really love this meme anon
>>53442152
Are you retarded? meme fi uses sprint networks you tard. They're not even that bad.
>>53442222
The quads of truth have spoken
>using a meme carrier
>>53442152
Sprint doesn't use wimax anymore.
If you want to actually save money then the only option is boost mobile else stick with t-mobile. Project fi is a joke.

>paying for Sprint's trash network
Not really, they stopped using wimax eons ago and they have substantially improved their lte networks. My cousin gets 6-8mbps on her boost mobile phone which is okay to be honest. Better than at&t, that's for sure.
>and CDMA shit
Well that's the price you pay for the low cost plans. You can either get boost's $30/month plan which grows to 5gb of data or get cucked to death by metropcs which only gives you 1gb of data which never grows.

Shit sucks. All of our big telecos are too jewish to allow something like Fi to piggyback on their networks, and the government is too retarded to do anything about it.
Only thing to do is wait two years for Wind to hopefully get their shit together now that they've been bought out.
>>53439734
I've been using it for a long time it feels like now, I was one of the first waves in. I switches from Verizon.
The pricing is decent, and it all seems to be working well. Certainly as you start to drive out of the city reception gets more spotty, and makes me miss verizon a little. But it's no worse than the non-verizon options in that regard.
I wouldn't use anything else besides google fi and verizon really.
>>53443404
CRTC deciding not to force telcos to sell capacity to anyone who applies to be MVNO is the death knell, really.
Is there any actual benefit with project fi? Currently using t-mobile atm and feel like I'm paying too much. Or should I switch over to boost like everyone said?
>>53443473
Why would you switch from verizon nineball-kun? I thought you were middle class at least.
ayy lmao
Why boost when you could do cricket and at least have reliable AT&T coverage instead of spotty sprint.
>>53447488
