Nope, never had a problem.
I usually wait a month after hardware release,
then bring up a list of products i see that most appease me in feature sets and pricing,
then i google them with certain words to see the amount of failure rate and user discontent in comparison to others,
then i buy them.
Never had any hardware problem because of this except when it failed after years of use and me not cleaning it properly.
