Get a Galaxy S3, root it and install Cyanogenmod. It's not a dumbphone, but they can be obtained cheaply, and they're still more powerful than a lot of budget smartphones out there.
I'm using Samsung GT B2710.
Chosen it mostly due to great battery life and resistance (which came in handy, if I'd chosen a smartphone instead, I'd be on my 4th one or so by now).
I'll be switching in the next 2 years or so, and currently I'm looking at Sonim XP3300 (for similar reasons), complimented by a small LTE tablet.
I'm using this. Muh dedicated sound chip.
