I got a replacement Nexus 5 from Google the other day, because the charging port stopped working.
However, the battery in the new phone is far worse. It dies after about 2 hours of use, and when I charge it the battery goes back up to 100% in less than 10 minutes. Something is seriously wrong with it.
Do you think Google will just refund me? I bought the phone when it first came out and this is my second replacement. I'm sick of the problems the N5 has.

source: Google's policy since the nexus 5 has been 2 years OS updates, 3 years security patches. Nexus 4 bit it last year, this year it's the nexus 5. That's why they released the 5X.
