windows 10 will import them in the upgrade process, i've seen this happen a couples of time its horrible because they're a pain to remove on 10.
if someone with an acer laptop or a hp laptop upgrade to 10 without uninstallin some OEM bloatware (wifi manager and such) windows 10 import them and dont know how to deal with them.
sometime i see synaptic's process using like 20-50% of the cpu after a win 10 upgrade on 09-2010 hp laptop.
