what's the most multi-platform GUI library ?
Qt and it's not even close
>>53367001

but it's pretty expensive, no?
Common Sense 2016
Libgdx
LLVM
GLUT
using std;
/thread
Qt, obviously.
Good luck finding a platform it can't run on.
Motif. Its supported by all Unices and Unix like OS's
Tcl/Tk
>>53367493
It's free if your code is free.
>>53367822
but food and shelter are not free
GTK is Win/Linux

>libgdx

Neither is that very thing for the Qt devs so make your decision.
>>53368596
Qt devs are too greedy, the way this works I have the right to shop around, m8
>>53368643
Then find something else. Qt is objectively the best though and by a damn long shot.
>>53368726
and the reason it hasn't taken over the world is because they are too damn greedy

Qt devs actually make money of their product though, because of the GPL. If it were BSD, they wouldn't have made enough money to fund decent development. It takes a crapload of work to make a decent toolkit.
If it were BSD, everybody would just take the code and close it up, a la Apple with BSD. Nobody would pay to license it.
Basically QT or Java's Swing/JavaFX
