Why wouldn't you get a corsair H55 or something? Frankly it's OP for $60. I'm getting like 22c (no overclock) at max load and doesn't have this huge appendage coming out of it/noisy ass fans. I could -easily- overclock my rig if I wanted to.

Meh, I like it. It's quiet, keeps (amazing) temps, and is perfect for a mini-itx build due to how small it is. Also, like I mentioned before, it's cheap and I could overclock a bit if I wanted to (probably will when my hardware finally becomes totally outdated)
