What's a fun, unique language to learn in a few days? Not talking about esotericlanguages.
python? what do you mean by 'unique'? How are we supposed to know what languages you've already learned?

Swift
Japanese

Unique as in not too similar to the industry standards, with interesting features, even if they might not be very utilitarian.
Delphi
well.. try prolog for artificial intelligence,
Lisp for handling huge data,
lisp
OCaml or F#

Haskell
LaTeX for formal documents; AsciiDoc for informal quick documents.

You don't learn Haskell in a few days, unless you're already experienced with FP

I'd recommend Scala or Swift like >>53340756 suggested. They're rather interesting in that you can do traditional OO programming if you'd like, or ditch that and do (almost) completely functional programming.
you should try an array language (APL, J or K)

What industry?
Web?
That's php, Ruby, python and JavaScript
Desktop?
That's Java, c# and c++
Games?
C++ and lua
Mobile?
Java, Swift, obj-c
You have to be more specific.
However, if you truly want a language that is uniquely not used in any industry, might I recommend Haskell
Lisp

or juse use Erlang and avoid the terrible Ruby syntax
Scala.
If you already know Java, it isn't too hard to write code that compiles in Scala.
It's super easy to pickup, but hard to master and start using the functional components and understanding all the common libs. Especially since Scala is huge and has a million different ways to write unmanageable code.
But if you're looking for something to play around with on a free weekend, go for it.

I managed to write a weather forecast client in a macro-scripting Windows lang, it does support GUIs
