What about gimp?
There really good ones. Krita, Corel Painter, Photoshop. I'm no comfortable with Corel Painter UI, but the brushes are superb. Krita has a fast development, I like it.
PaintToolSAI, Photoshop, mmmmmmaybe Krita
ArtRage is okay too, but it focuses on the idea of digital paintings more than the rest.
anyone who says otherwise has never drawn anything digitally in their lives

MS5 brushes lag, it's a common problem on their forums but the last 5.0.6 update improved it a little. I still use it though. Custom brushes can have better performance so there's that. UI is kinda ugly too, but it works.

Krita lags like shit on all the PCs I've tried. I'd like to use it but it's unusable.
The best I've tried so far is PaintoolSAI 2b. It's Sai but slightly better and with 64-bit support. Smooth as butter and brought the wintab implementation up to par with the rest. But fuck if I'm going to pay for it when I already have a MS5 license. I've started looking into developing my own painting program in SDL but I'll only do it seriously if I can make the jewbux

I just tried manga studio and is touchscreen compatible and works well with my wacom whereas krita did not. I'll check out sai. Thanks.

Try the SAI 2 beta. You can try it as an unlicensed version. The original SAI has problems with tablets and dualscreens, but it might work for you anyway.
