I have never had someone ask me if they could use my computer, but if they did, I would just open the browser in private mode for them.
If they want to do something else, I would usually just ask them what they were trying to do as my hotkeys is optimized for me, not everyone else.

You could also simply install Ubuntu and get the macOS theme it should be somewhat similar
The CPU/RAM sidebars exist in the hundreds and are easy to setup
However Ive never seen a desktop image thats a clock but it cant be difficult to find
