My older brother wants to change his very old gpu, he's a poorfag so he only has $60 to spend but he just want to be able to run the new CODs and other casual shit like that.
What should I tell him to buy? I'm completely behind and I never bought a GPU for less than $150

My friend got a hd 5870 for $10 on gumtree. It had artifacts though so he just stuck it in the oven and then decreases gpu clock by 10mhz. Gives him ~50-60 fps battlefield 4 on high settings when I played at his place on silk rd and about 5 fps less in paracel storm.
Only 60 fps low settings in gta v though, but I think that's because that game is a fucking memory hog and it's only a 1gb card.
