The 970 is a good card and performed more than well enough for me at 1080p, now that I moved up to dual 1440p monitors, I had to make the move to sli 980ti because I also have a Shield tablet and AMD does not offer a similar gamestreaming service

I have the 970 and am happy with it, but have seen the issues in shadow of mordor.
Though all I had to do was slightly turn down the settings and all was good.

I'm triggered. Honestly I liked NVidia for some of their current features. If AMD had comparable features, I might have gone with them instead. As is, I'd like to avoid a housefire and keep going with NVidia unless Polaris turns out to be significantly better than Pascal (and don't give me bullshit about how it will be because they aren't even fucking out yet)
