OP here, just a note - not my build.
The things wrong with it are as follows:
Low density ram is stupid, as you have to buy a completely new set every time you upgrade. You don't need quad channel mode.
3000mhz ram is super expensive, and also a bad choice here.
Unless you're overclocking to 5ghz, you won't notice a difference between the D15 and the Hyper 212 evo.
500gb hard drive from samsung? Is this 2008? And it's not an SSD? You could buy better for less.
Asus is a cop-out, go for gigabyte or something for your GPU.
550w bronze is the bare minimum. Buy a 750W gold evga with the money you saved not buying 3000mhz ram and a $90 cpu cooler.

I've had 2 different PNY ssds fail on me, but that's a pretty small sample size.
The H100i is pretty overkill for the 6600k, unless you're going to be doing stupid amounts of overclocking. I have an amd A10-6800k with 1.45v going through it (Overclocked from 4.1ghz to 4.9ghz, I'm buying a new one soon, so I don't care if I damage it, don't try to put that much voltage through yours.) And it doesn't get above 65 degrees Celsius.

Getting 4 x 4gb means that to add additional ram, you have to remove a stick.
Let's say you have
4x4gb and you add +1 8gb
You only gain 4gb total, but you pay for 8gb.
If you have 2 8gb, when you add another stick, you get the whole 8gb.

4gb is stupid. Almost everyone thought Nvidia was crazy for 'wasting money' by putting 4gb on the 900 series, and my 980 gets up to 3.5 gb of vram usage in gta v.

I've got the h100i gtx cooling my 6700k. It does okay. My friends hyper 212 really does just as well.

There is nothing wrong with FM2+ chips/mobo when you are not expecting to game over 1080p in high or maximum setting for a low budget build. Slap on with a cheap 400PSU, 8GB ram, with either a 960 4GBvram or a 970, if you feel like paying an extra 100 dollars.

You'll be better off with a 960 4GB than that R7 370. You can reduce the price of the PSU by going lower. An Antec 400 watt would be just enough with some room for that build. You just have to cough up 50 more dollars for the video card.
