I use it but for things like to look at the other chan which has an onion, hint hint 4chan. I like the idea of TOR especially for free speech in oppressed countries but it can be slower than clearweb browsers so is a backup thing really.
The security risks and hassles inherent in Tor are too much for me to justify daily use.
You have got to assume that end nodes are evil and will try to inject malicious code and spy on whatever they can.
Firefox is a buggy, vulnerable pile of shit.
You can do things like turn off Javascript, but that doesn't prevent all possible application layer attacks.
