I like vivaldi
Too bad it's not very stable on linux

Used as daily driver for some months, the best current browser. Firefox is dead and the other chrome clones have less features. It can only get better.

Just another failed attempt at succeeding Opera. Once Firefox commits sudoku and only Chrome clones are left I'll use one, but it'll probably be Opera because it doesn't look like shit and is at least not written in node.js

don't think i can use a non-free browser.

if it goes that way, then i will split my time with it.

And, still, it's the best browser available, aside from being proprietary. How the mighty have fallen.

"Fast Forward" and "Rewind".
I have them hidden but I can give you a use case.
Searching through a forum you click on a thread. Fast forward to go to the next page of the thread, fast forward again for the 3rd page, etc etc. Click the rewind to go back to the lists of threads. I think that's all it does really. Instead of looking for the thread list link or spamming the back button, you can just rewind.
>>
I think it's pretty good to be honest.

Switched from modern Opera to it about a week ago. I really like it so far, but I wish I could drag tabs to other windows.
>>
>>52875927
Are you kidding me? It can't even do that?
>>
>>52875934
Nope. You can right click and "move to" the other window but cant drag. Unless there is a setting I'm not seeing
>>
>>52875934
Opera is dead, Anon.
They threw away everything that made them unique.

The creators of Vivaldi are former founders of Opera. They saw how the company went to shit and are trying to make a browser more similar to the old Opera that they loved.
>>
>>52875980
I know what Vivaldi is, it's just sad that they went for fucking Blink with a Node.JS UI. Mozilla seems to be doing well at killing Firefox and SeaMonkey'll probably be killed in the process, I'm running out of backups for when Opera is truly kill and everything coming seems worse

It's a sad age for browsers

It had alot of features I didn't care for. But I find myself using them now, pretty nice. I suppose any modern browser that isn't is considered bloat then. What's life like shit posting with Lynx?

New porn browser it is. Like seriously bing is where its at if you don't want your search results filtered.
>>
It's proprietary garbage, only cool thing it did was create the uses no memory meme. Maybe brave will be an actually good newcomer that will challenge chrome and firefox and IE

Does otter browser even have a software license? I've done a search and apparently otter is under GPL3, but I can't find the license on the site or their github page.

OK found it, the license its under is indeed GPL3. It was shoved away in a file called otter-browser.spec in a folder called packaging. It makes no sense why they didn't include a copy of the license in the root directory of their github page.

Tried it, felt ok. But had too many little annoyances that made me switch back to chromium.

Issues with:
speedial, bookmarks, unable to rearrange icons on bookmark tab, some other shit.
Maybe in a year or two..

It does general searcehs just fine. I only use Google for very new stuff (less than 2 days) and anything ultra specific.

Plus, the bands make it worth it.

That functionality exists in firefox by default, I imagine most other browsers could do something similar and you could thereby cut out the middle man.
