What do you mean by cleaning the system? Removing viruses and freeing disk space? Also what OS are you talking about?
Since you sound like a normie I will assume you sue Windows, so here are what I would do:

> Ccleaner to free some disk space
> Manually organize your files, put shit you don't use to an external HD or delete then, use more shortcuts.
